1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Stackpane ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License

Stackpane grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on macOS devices you own or control. The Free tier permits use with one project per supported cloud platform. Pro and Pro Lifetime tiers permit unlimited projects per the terms of your subscription or purchase.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose

4. Pricing and Billing

The Free tier is available at no cost. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly at the rates listed on the pricing page. Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Prices may change with reasonable notice. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Cloud Provider Access

Stackpane connects to third-party cloud providers (Firebase, Supabase, AWS) using credentials you provide. You are responsible for your cloud provider accounts, data, and any costs incurred through those services. Stackpane is not affiliated with Google, Supabase, or Amazon.

6. Disclaimers

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Stackpane does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the Software at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stackpane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Software. Stackpane's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Software at any time. Stackpane may terminate or suspend your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Software and destroy all copies.

9. Changes to Terms

Stackpane may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
