14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid Stackpane plans (Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly, and Pro Lifetime) come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Stackpane for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:

  • The email address used for your purchase
  • Your Paddle order number or receipt
  • The reason for your refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Subscriptions

Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds for subscriptions apply to the most recent billing cycle only, within the 14-day window from that charge.

Pro Lifetime

The Pro Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase. It is eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, Lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

Exceptions

Refunds may be declined if there is evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchases and refunds, or if the refund request is made after the 14-day window. We reserve the right to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Processor

Stackpane payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, sales tax, and refund processing. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's terms of service in addition to this policy.
